Unassertive aroma emerges from this sake. One sip and one will taste the gentle sweetness of sake rice. It gives a clean feel on the throat, while elegant sweetness of sake rice lingers in your mouth. It was awarded the Gifu Prefectural Governors Award three years in a row at the Gifu Prefecture Sake Awards. In 2017, it won the long-sought gold award at the Annual Japan Sake Awards. This is the brewery's premium sake.

A glass that widens at the rim is recommended in order to maximize the fragrance.
Enjoy it with fatty sashimi, like tuna and yellowtail. It also pairs well with salt-grilled seabream and lean freshwater fish, like ayu (sweetfish).
Its fragrant aroma makes good companion with pasta and French dishes.
