In addition to its high viscosity, it has plenty of soft sweetness, and the dissolved carbon dioxide and light acidity that gives it a slightly umami flavor still emphasizes its youthfulness. It is a very elegant piece with a glossy overall feel, but a translucent finish. Made entirely of Yamada Nishiki. Serve chilled.
