The sake is made with Yamada Nishiki, the king of sake rice. This Yamada Nishiki was grown with attentive care at a contracted farm in Okuechizen.

Highly polished to a 30% sake polishing ratio, this is a junmai daiginjo brewed with the utmost care.
A fresh, fragrant aroma, a flavor that fills one's mouth, and a mild aftertaste. This is the DENSHIN series' special limited edition.
