LINK 8

りんく8 / Link8

Junmai
Daiginjo

``Link 8'' is a Japanese sake that is made by fermenting several different types of sake rice and several types of yeast and aging them for 10 months in several types of Scotch whiskey barrels. The main sake rice used is the rare Yamadaho, which has a strong flavor and personality that goes well with the flavor of the whiskey barrel. In addition, by blending high-quality aged sake from Yamadaho, the scent of dried fruit gives it a distinctive depth. The aging barrels are mainly Scotch whiskey aging barrels with a unique character that have been used for over 18 years to mature single malt, creating a special complex aroma and taste. Link 8, made using this special manufacturing method, bridges the common values of Chivas Regal and Masuizumi, such as respect and friendship, tradition, craftsmanship, high quality, and a passion for the highest quality.
