Richard Geoffroy pursues sake that is worthy of being called prestige, while searching for a new harmony in IWA. A Japanese sake that resonates with all five senses, yet is tolerant, full of individuality, and full of brilliance. Sake, which has such contradictory elements, cannot be expressed with a single sake. It is achieved by assembling multiple sakes made by combining various elements. Going beyond the existing value system based on rice polishing ratio, IWA creates even deeper harmony through assemblage.
